Congratulations again to Kathy L. for winning one of the most prized art competitions in the area! The Cupertino Fine Arts Council held a reception to recognize Kathy and her accomplishment and the City Council as well as Mayor Chang recognized Kathy and her peers by presenting them with awards at the city council meeting!
