We had a fun two weeks learning about figure drawing and character development!  Not only did we learn about drawing, but we learned how to consider the background, emotions, and actions of a character in developing their visual design.  On top of that, we travelled to San Francisco to visit the Walt Disney Family Museum to learn more about one of the great masters in character design and all of his great stories - Walt Disney!

We had so much fun exploring the animal kingdom through art!  We learned about many different animals and how they live by creating watercolor paintings, finger puppets, and even shadow puppets!
