Mongolian Bride is an expression of my homeland of Inner Mongolia. She represents where I come from and the traditional people of Mongolia. On another level, she represents the turning point of my own life which is my wedding and emigration to America. I feel a sorrow as I leave her traditions and culture behind to live in America, but hopeful for a better future.
